组织型纤溶酶原激活剂，又称组织型纤溶酶原激活物（tissue—type plasminogenactivator，t-PA）或纤溶酶原激活因子（tissue plasminogen activator），是体内纤溶系统的生理性激动剂，在人体纤溶和凝血的平衡调节中发挥着关键性的作用。属于糖蛋白,丝氨酸蛋白酶类。是一种新型的血栓溶解剂。由于血栓性疾病的逐年上升，对溶栓药物的需求量逐年增加，使对溶栓药的研究成为热点，而目前又以对tPA及其突变体、嵌合体的研究zui多。
