产品说明：

PBS（phosphate buffered solution）即磷酸盐缓冲液，能够提供相对稳定的离子环境和pH缓冲能力，是生物学中经常使用的缓冲盐溶液，用于分子克隆及细胞培养等，pH为7.2-7.4，与人体血液等渗，主要成分为磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钠、NaCl)，KCl)，。

PBS是磷酸缓冲盐溶液（phosphate buffer saline）一般作为溶剂，起溶解保护试剂的作用。它是生物化学研究中使用的一种缓冲液，主要成分为Na2HPO4、KH2PO4、NaCl和KCl，由于Na2HPO4和KH2PO4它们有二级解离，缓冲的pH值范围很广；而NaCl和KCl主要作用为增加盐离子浓度。如有需要PBS还可以补加1 mmol/L CaCl2和0.5 mmol/L MgCl2，以提供双价阳离子。

配制方法

含0.05%吐温－20的pH7.4的磷酸盐缓冲液(简称为PBS－T)配制方法为：

称取磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)，磷酸氢二钠(Na2HPO4·12H2O)，NaCl)，KCl)，吐温－20 ，加水。

PBS:Phosphate Buffered Saline

PBS 1L配方pH7.4：磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)：0.27g，

磷酸氢二钠(Na2HPO4)：1.42g，

NaCl)：8g，

KCl)：0.2g，

加去离子水约800mL充分搅拌溶解，然后加入浓盐酸调pH至7.4，zui后定容到1L

大部分实验室还是自己配制，不仅麻烦而且耗时，还有些实验室购买现成的PBS溶液，不仅仅保存运输不便而且价格昂贵其实现在zui方便是使用和购买PBS片剂，不仅价格只有溶液的十分之一，而且运输保存方便，并有多种选择
