2019年Biosynth与Carbosynth合并成为Biosynth Carbosynth，致力于为全球客户提供糖类核苷类和酶类产品。
2022年Biosynth集团收购了vivitide和Pepscan两家公司，用以巩固其多肽类产品业务及相关配套生产技术服务。 同年又收购了Aalto Bio Reagents公司以扩大其关键生物制剂业务，包括用于临床诊断的抗原抗体产品线。同时集团也收购了EUCODIS Bioscience以巩固其在酶技术领域的优势。
2023年Biosynth集团收购美国Fitzgerald公司以及英国Cambridge Research Biochemicals公司，使其全球抗原抗体产品线扩大至57000+种，并进一步充实其多肽及抗体产品的相关服务能力。
